Terms and Conditions

All journey prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booked time.

For airport meets - 30 minutes free waiting from the actual landing time, thereafter you will be charged.

All meets apart from at airports - waiting time is free for the first 5 minutes.

All saloon and estate cars are insured for a maximum of 4 passengers.

A chauffeur has the right to refuse any passenger or to make any journey due to the passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe while in motion. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all their luggage are taken from the vehicles.

All drivers are self-employed and insured for hire and reward purpose.

Cancellations

Cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to your booking. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.

Prices

Prices on the website are liable to alteration without prior notice. Advance booking recommended.

Refund policy

Refund will be issued on the following grounds:

  • Booking on all credit/debit card notified 24 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
  • If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining cancellation number.
  • All the cancellations are subject to minimum fee of £6.00.

No refund will be issued for following:

  • If the passenger books the taxi for a wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing us for any reason what so ever.

Unsolicited email

We never send unsolicited email. If you have received an email from us and do not understand why you have received it, please contact us and we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
